Cancellation Policy

NEWSLETTER If you complete a booking or contact form, you have expressed interest in our services and will be added to our occasional newsletter list. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of the email or by contacting us directly. ONE-OFF SESSIONS Cancellations made 1–2 weeks before a session will incur an CHF 8 materials fee. Cancellations made within 7 days of the session are charged in full. As a small business, we are unable to offer refunds for missed sessions, including in cases of illness or with a doctor’s note. Where notice is given in advance, we may offer a transfer to a future session where space permits. TERM CLASSES Cancellations made within two weeks of the start of term will incur a 25% cancellation fee. (The start of term is defined as the first Monday of term.) Once the term has begun, the full term fee is payable. This applies regardless of missed classes, illness, non-attendance, or change of plans. Refunds or replacement classes are not available for term bookings once the term has started. Little Artists As a goodwill gesture, children attending Little Artists classes may be able to attend an alternative session within the same week, or up to two sessions in the following week, subject to availability. This is not guaranteed and must be arranged in advance. CAMPS Cancellations more than 14 days before the camp start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations 7–14 days before the camp will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 7 days of the camp are charged in full. As with all sessions, refunds cannot be given for illness (including with a doctor’s note). As a goodwill gesture, children who miss a camp due to illness may be offered the opportunity to attend a future camp day, subject to availability. This is not guaranteed and must be arranged in advance. GENERAL Spaces are limited, so bookings secure your child’s place rather than attendance on the day. Children are expected to treat others kindly and respect the studio environment. We reserve the right to ask a child to leave if behaviour is inappropriate. In such cases, no refund will be given. We are unable to offer refunds for late arrival, early collection, or if a child is unable to complete a full session or camp day.
